3. Orders & Personalization

4. Delivery

Our personalized songs are delivered digitally through WhatsApp and/or email.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume, language requirements, revisions, or public holidays. Estimated delivery times are mentioned on our website and begin only after successful payment and receipt of complete order details.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected services.

Orders begin processing only after payment verification (or COD confirmation where applicable).

6. Refunds & Cancellations

As every song is personalized and digitally created specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
